Encrypted shared notebooks
Each shared notebook has its own encryption key, handed only to the people invited to it. Your private notebooks stay private, including from the account owner.
Invite by email
Invited teammates get that notebook and nothing else. Your other notebooks remain invisible to them.
Comment and assign
Comment on any part of a note, reply in a thread, resolve it when it's done. Assign a task to a teammate and it appears on their list. Changes reach everyone's device within seconds.
Roles and seats
Owner, admin and member. Add or remove seats any time — minimum 2, maximum 500.

How team encryption works
Each shared notebook has its own encryption key. When you invite a teammate, their copy of the key is encrypted to their public key in your browser before it's sent — and neither does the account owner for notebooks they weren't invited to.
